Order Processing

All orders are processed from our workshop within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your package is dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
